For the safety of your valuables, we offer a safe deposit locker facility at almost all the branches of our Bank. The nominal annual rent is charged for the lockers depending on the size of the locker.

Features of our Locker services:

• Keep the card in a safe place.
• Remember the security of the card rather than writing down the confidential number.
• Cardholders should change the confidential number as often as possible.
• In case of loss of RUPAY ATM CARD, the customer should immediately inform his branch by telephone or letter.
• Be careful not to fold the card.
• The card should not be kept in a hot, cold or wet place.
• Don't give a card to a stranger.
• The PIN should not be shared with anyone.

ATM Card Usage Guidelines:

• After WELCOME on SCREEN, the card should be inserted in the given slot and the card should be withdrawn immediately.
• Enter your four digit confidential number and then press the CONFIRM button.
• MINISTAT according to later SCREEN. , PIN CHANGE, CASH WITHDRAWAL, BALANCE ENQUIRY should be done as per required OPTION.
• Then press the SAVING / CURRENT button according to the account.
• After a while the amount will come out and along with it the PRINT of your transaction will go out from the ATM PRINTER.
• After taking the amount, press the EXIT button.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you use another bank's card in your bank's ATM, the amount will be credited to the account and if the money is not withdrawn, you should immediately lodge a complaint with the bank whose card it is. It should be noted that the deposit period is within seven days.
