General Savings Account

Savings Account can be opened with Rs.200/- as a minimum without cheque book and Rs.500/- with cheque book. Amount can be withdrawn from the Savings Account by way of cheques or withdrawal slips.

Saving Bank Interest Rate from 01/07/2020 on Savings Account at 3.00% p.a. is paid half yearly as per the directives fixed by Reserve Bank of India (as per RBI circular dt 03/05/2011)

You are eligible if/Eligibility check:

• Savings accounts can be opened in the name of individuals singly or jointly.
• Minors of the age 10 years and above under natural or legal guardianship can open the account.
• An illiterate or blind person is also eligible.

The documents you need:

To open a savings accounts with us, you need to submit the following,

• Photocopy of valid residential address
• Photocopy of PAN number
• A photograph of the account holder
• Introduction bank statement of the existing bank account
